A 9-year-old boy has gone viral on social media—and you may be surprised why. Videos of John Miles Brockman have circulated across TikTok and Instagram showcasing his incredible drumming skills during his local church’s worship set.
Nowadays in our world when people go viral on social media it’s usually not for the right reasons. John, the 9-year-old drummer has already sent a message to Christians worldwide that as you follow your passions, you never know where God will take you.

On John’s Instagram page the bio reads, “My name is John Miles and I am nine years old! I love Jesus, my family and drums! (Account managed by parents.)
It’s no surprise that John is extremely talented and passionate about playing the drums. He plays numerous worship songs including “I Thank God,” “Gratitude” and “Little Drummer Boy.” You can see the congregation sitting in awe watching the young boy worship God with his talents.

First Timothy 4:12 says, “Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith and in purity.”
Another commenter says, “Wonderful to see God through this kid, keep praising the Lord with that gift He gave you. Hallelujah.”
Youth around the world are suffering with anxiety and depression, overcome by the world’s systems. The body of Christ needs to pray for more youth like John to step into their dreams at such a young age to spread the light of Jesus to the world.
While the rest of the society posts promiscuous, obscene and vulgar videos to go viral, let it be said that Christians are going viral to show the world what a life serving Jesus looks like. {eoa}
