Do you feel called to speak truth and bring reform to the current church model? We are approaching 2023 and apostle Alexander Pagani says next year he believes God will be raising up the Jehu’s to confront systems that have been oppressing God’s people.
“The rise of the wild ones who will be sanctioned by God to be able to confront systems,” Pagani says in the Charisma News interview.
He says the bold, unashamed followers of Jesus are called to be a voice to this generation, especially through digital media. They are not going to have the religious mindset, that often holds people back out of fear. This type of person will be not be a revolutionary, but a reformer.
Revolutionary vs Reformer
In the video interview Pagani says the ones who are fighting to revolutionize, are the ones tearing down and trying to completely destroy what was founded in the Lord. The reformer wants to upgrade the systems that are in place to bring freedom.
Here are the characteristics to look out for:
- Very militant no nonsense attitude.
- Someone who is not starting an insurrection or usurping against ecclesiastical church authority, but wants to help current systems find breakthrough.
- Someone who is fearless—whose personality may not be refined but they are anointed by God.
“As much as Elijah was bold, he was afraid of Jezebel,” Pagani says. Elijah confronted 850 false prophets in his day and had them all killed. “One message from Jezebel and he takes off running, why? Because in that prophetic group there, there’s this submission to particular rules and regulations,” Pagani says.
Despite Jezebel’s tactics in trying to taunt Jehu, he didn’t back down like Elijah and he had her eunuchs throw her out the window.
Pagani says a wave of digital Jehu’s who are not playing the politics of the church will start popping up and congregations across the country will be leaning in to hear what they have to say.
