When I was 14, I heard the Scripture Mark 5:34, which says “Daughter, your faith has made you well, go in peace and be healed of your affliction.” After listening to this passage, I realized I had an affliction. I then wondered how I could be made well. And the penny dropped for me.
I read the Scripture again, and these words stood out to me the most: “your faith has made you well.” Scripture tells us that faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. This is of importance because, if you have a child with autism, Asperger’s or obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), you must walk in the realm of faith to see a change, believing in God’s Word, reading and listening daily to His Word. Your faith is incumbent and dependent upon how well you know the supreme and eternal Word of God.
I am hearing of some wonderful healing testimonies taking place within our private Facebook group called #BreakingTheSpiritOfAutism. There are changes in children’s autistic behaviors, Asperger’s behaviors and OCD behaviors. The symptoms have started to decrease. Why? Well according to the Word of God, in Mark 5:34, it says “your faith has made you well,” or if I put it another way, I would say it is “your faith in God that will make you well.”
If you were to apply Mark 5:34 to your life, your life will never be the same again. We serve not a limited God, but rather an unlimited God.
