(Part 1)
As a believer in Jesus Christ, you carry His glory within you. Are you protecting it though? Or are you subjecting it to the corruption of culture? Let God’s Word help you guard your glory—His nature within you—so that you will be His pure vessel.
READ: Gen. 1:26; Ex. 32:7-19; 2 Chr. 7:14; Ps. 106; Jer. 2:1-11; Rom. 3:23.
HEART ISSUE: In your prayer time this week, ask the Holy Spirit to reveal to you if there is anything in your life that does not reflect the character of God—such as your clothes, your language or your attitudes. Ask the to Lord help you let go of those things that represent compromise and replace them with the godly things that reflect Him.
PRAYER FOCUS: Lord, thank You that Your Word guides me in distinguishing the profitable things from those things that are worthless. Help me to protect the essence of Christ within me. Empower me, Lord, so that all I do reminds others of You and brings You glory. Amen.
(Part 2)
We all want to think that with each day we are becoming more like Jesus. Regardless of how far you feel you have fallen short of this goal, don’t quit. You can begin again today! Let the Word of God teach you what is right. Trust the Spirit of God to perfect you and enable you to develop into the likeness of Jesus!

HEART ISSUE: Take a few moments in your prayer time this week to ask the Holy Spirit to reveal to you the various ways in which Christ, the hope of glory, wants to shine forth to others through you.
PRAYER FOCUS: Father, in the name of Jesus, thank You that I carry Christ, the hope of glory, within me. Thank You that the Word of God helps me to walk worthy of Jesus, as a carrier of His glory. Amen!
