I heard the Lord say, “This is a season of new beginnings and limitless miracles. I am doing a new thing. You will exit the prison of heaviness, and the chains of despair will be broken. Every snare of the enemy will be shattered.
The discouragement and overwhelming hopelessness that have consumed you will crumble and fall off of you. Satan’s verdict will be overturned as I wield My gavel and rule in your favor! Your deliverance will occur suddenly. All at once, you will experience the freedom you have yearned to feel. My glorious light will expose the darkness that has dimmed your vision. Yes, you will see with great clarity.
Follow My directions as I lead you into your complete victory. This season will not only mark a celebration as you exit a place of hardship, but it will also be a time of joyous jubilation as you enter into something new.”
“Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert” (Isa. 43:18-19, KJV).
After hearing this word, the Holy Spirit led me to Acts 12, where the story of Peter unfolds. King Herod had imprisoned Peter, having recently executed James, an apostle of the fast-growing church. Recognizing that his actions pleased the Jews and scored him political clout, Herod made it his mission to vex the church. He arrested Peter and locked him in prison. Peter found himself confined and chained, with 16 soldiers guarding him and a looming death sentence. Peter must have felt torn between the anticipation of seeing Jesus again and the sadness of leaving behind the group of believers who relied on his leadership.
The Bible tells us, “prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him” (Act. 12:5b, KJV). This biblical account alone should make you realize that your prayers matter. Indeed, prayer is the key that births every move of God and unlocks divine intervention.
Meanwhile, Peter slept, bound between two soldiers, suddenly an angel appeared in the midst of the prison. “The angel struck him on the side to awaken him and said, ‘Quick! Get up!’ And the chains fell off his wrists. Then the angel told him, ‘Get dressed and put on your sandals.’ And he did. ‘Now put on your coat and follow me,’ the angel ordered” (Act. 12:7a-8, NLT).
Notice the angel had to awaken him. There is also an awakening taking place in this hour. God is awakening you to the fact that it is not over for you! Regardless of the enemy’s pronouncements and lies spoken concerning your destiny, it is your time to awaken and experience the boundless power of God! Even as you read this word, your chains are falling off and God is calling you forth.

Additionally, the angel next ordered Peter to “get dressed and put on your sandals.” This was necessary for where he was going. Prophetically symbolizing, Peter, like many of you, are stepping into something new.
Lastly, the angel commanded, “Now put on your coat and follow me.” This final direction is powerful for you! The coat was an outer garment and represented a mantle. This was a prophetic declaration for Peter to reclaim his calling, as God had more work for him to accomplish. Have you laid down your mantle? God says to you today, “Put on your mantle. I am not finished with you. Watch what I will do in this season.”
“So Peter left the cell, following the angel. But all the time he thought it was a vision. He didn’t realize it was actually happening. They passed the first and second guard posts and came to the iron gate leading to the city, and this opened for them all by itself. So they passed through and started walking down the street, and then the angel suddenly left him” (Acts 12:9-10).
God moved in such a supernatural way that Peter did not know if what was happening was even real. That is what God is doing for you. They came to the iron gate of the city, and it opened for them by itself. I prophesy, “God is opening gateways to cities, regions and nations for a supernatural outpouring of revival and awakening.”
Peter experienced a supernatural exit, just as many of you are breaking free from your circumstances and situations. However, what the Holy Spirit highlighted to me was not only his miraculous exit, but also his entrance into a new beginning. Now is the time for those closed, iron doors to swing open suddenly. It will not happen through your own efforts or by the means of the flesh. It will unfold by the Spirit of God, and the gates will open of their own accord. God is bringing you into a limitless season.
You are crossing the threshold of impossibility and entering a realm where miracles know no bounds, where God’s power will manifest in extraordinary ways. This move of God will no longer be limited to one church. No, God’s church is coming into a movement. It transcends a singular occurrence; it is an unstoppable force.
Just as the angel urged Peter forward, God is saying to you, “Quick! Get up!” This is your season of new beginnings and the limitless miracles of God.
