In an interview between Sid Roth and Jonathan Cahn, the two discussed the supernatural warnings of what is happening in our world today, and how they relate back to ancient mysteries foretold long ago.
Cahn explains that if you want to know what’s been happening in the past year, looking at Jewish history is key.

“If you want to understand what’s happened with Jewish history, you want to understand what’s happened in the last year, it is part of an ancient war,” Cahn says. “There is a real force. You cannot explain the war against the Jewish people and what we’ve just seen in the world by any natural means. This is supernatural. It goes back to an angelic being. And that’s why it never ends because the enemy doesn’t die and it’s no accident that the most opposed, hated, persecuted people in the world are the Jewish people.”

Cahn then unlocks something massive about the meaning behind the people of Palestine.
“Palestinian means the Philistines,” Cahn says.
Cahn points out how what we see happening between Israel and Gaza is a replaying of what occurred in ancient times.
“What happened on Oct. 7 were the Gazans coming back to Israel. How many? The IDF said about 3,000,” Cahn points out. This is the same number of people who were struck down when Samson pulled down the temple in Scripture.
These mysteries that Cahn has been uncovering are all discussed in his new book, “The Dragon’s Prophecy.” For Cahn, the writing of this book has been unusual compared to everything else he’s done.
“This is the only book I’ve ever written where as I’m writing the book things are coming true in the world,” Cahn says.
Cahn discovered that even the term “Hamas” can be found in Scripture.
“It’s actually an Arabic word that means ‘zeal’ and ‘fervor,’ but it’s actually a strange word because it’s not just Arabic, it’s actually Hebrew,” says Cahn. “In the Bible it means ‘evil,’ ‘violence’ and ‘destruction.’”
This violence and destruction plays into the biblical figure of the dragon.
“One of the things about the dragon, the enemy, is that he’s a desecrator. He desecrates holy things of God, and it’s no accident that what happened in the world on Oct. 7 was a holy day of Israel. It was a Sabbath,” says Cahn.
These prophetic mysteries are uniquely detailed. Roth says that the amount of revelation Cahn brings to the table about today’s world is astounding.
“I have to tell you, it astounds me, the [amount of] revelation that God has entrusted to this rabbi,” Roth says.
As we navigate these end times, let us stay close to the person of Christ to overcome the evil of this world.
