Pastor Stephanie Ike says she had two candles burning in her house, and before bed, she blew them out. But she kept smelling the essential oils from one of the candles, so she got back up in the middle of the night and noticed that, miraculously, all three of the wicks were still burning.
“I’m like, ‘OK, I clearly turned them all off’; even if one was on, maybe then I’ll say, ‘OK, one just caught a new wind,’ but all of them were back on,” Ike says. “And the Lord began to speak to me that there is a fire of His Spirit that will not be burned out.”
She says God is going to move powerfully in Los Angeles, California, where her church (The Potter’s House) is, and that something powerful like the Azusa Street Revival will occur.
“For many people, the Azusa Street Revival sounds like something of the past,” Ike says. “It sounds like what God did then. But the Lord showed me that there was another fire, and it would not be put out, because what was [un]fortunate is that during that time, there was no internet, there was no Wi-Fi. So a lot of these stories were not captured. … But there is something about the move of God that will trend.”
