A Lakewood, New Jersey mother has been charged for murder after her two toddler daughters died.
As the New York Post reported, 27-year-old Naomi Elkins was arrested after officers received a report of the children going into cardiac arrest late Tuesday afternoon at 4:50 p.m.

The girls, ages 1 and 3, were both drowned. The one-year-old was also discovered to have wounds from being stabbed.
Elkins has been arrested for two counts of murder for possession of a weapon with unlawful purpose and the unlawful possession of a weapon. She is being held without bail at the Ocean County Jail.
