Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God. —2 Corinthians 3:3

It is true that we must be the epistle of Christ. The epistle of Christ is a living power in the mortal flesh, quickening, dividing asunder everything which is not of the Spirit, till you realize that now you live in a new order. It is the Spirit that has manifested Himself in your mortal body, the Word has become life.

For you to live is to be His epistle, emblematic, divinely sustained by another power greater than you. So you do not seek your own anymore. You are living in a place where God is on the throne. He reigns in your human life. God is changing you and making you understand this wonderful truth—you are Christ’s epistle!

Christ, make of my life Thy epistle to the world.
Write Thy salvation, Thy holiness, Thy
redemption, Thy good news on my
heart that others may read in
me only of Thee. Amen.
