Several months ago, I shared the vision to raise money for Ezra International, a ministry that has helped more than 50,000 to make aliyah (immigrate to Israel).
On Sunday, a great pro-Israel rally called Bless Israel Summit took place in Orlando. I was invited to be the keynote speaker. Through offerings and various ministries, we raised $50,000 during the event.
I was also happy to announce that readers of Charisma had donated another $100,000. During the evening, I presented checks to Ezra International Founder and President Mel Hoelzle. The generosity of our readers overwhelmed him.
As one who donated to support this vital cause, I want to thank each person who gave. At Charisma Media, we believe God blesses those who bless Israel, and I believe you will receive a special blessing for your generosity.
If any other money comes in, we will send it to the ministries after the fact. If you would still like to give a donation to bless Israel, you can do so online by clicking here.
I invited quite a few friends, including a couple of my Jewish neighbors, who then invited some of their friends, including some Israelis. Many of these people had never been to a Christian Zionist event. They were blessed not only by the love they experienced, but also by witnessing Christians supporting Israel and singing Hebrew-type music. In some cases, attendees even sang songs in Hebrew, such as the Israeli national anthem, “HaTikvah.”
In my speech, I spoke about the waking giant of Christian Zionism that has developed and the history of how Christian Zionism preceded Jewish Zionism. In another newsletter, I will share with you some of the facts I covered in my speech, which I think you’ll find very interesting.
I believe God is doing something great in the world. I am happy to partner, in many ways, with Christians United for Israel and Pastor John Hagee as well as other ministries such as Mike Evans’ Jerusalem Prayer Team, whose efforts for Israel are tireless.
I am very thankful that the Lord blessed our fundraising efforts for Ezra International. {eoa}
