5 Prophetic Insights for 2022: A Time Like No Other

As I have prayed into this coming year, the Lord has given me five prophetic words (or insights) for 2022.

I reference this as a “A Time Like No Other.” Isn’t that ever the truth! Here are the revelations the Holy Spirit has shared with me concerning 2022 and beyond.

1. When It’s Harvest Time for Your Life—Your harvest is right upon you. Yes, you heard me. It’s harvest time for your life. Just don’t quit and don’t give up. God wants to give you a “finishing anointing” to complete your assignment or task and finish it well! I have a word of exhortation for you. It’s harvest time for your life.

Let’s go to the Scriptures and let’s take a quick look at a pertinent lesson from the life of Noah, as recorded in Genesis 8:20-22 (NKJV).

“Then Noah built an altar to the Lord, and took of every clean animal and of every clean bird, and offered burnt offerings on the altar. And the Lord smelled a soothing aroma. Then the Lord said in His heart, ‘I will never again curse the ground for man’s sake, although the imagination of man’s heart is evil from his youth; nor will I again destroy every living thing as I have done. While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, winter, and summer, and day and night shall not cease.'”

Look at this! God is about to exhale. The first things that Noah did after the flood subsided was build an altar unto the Lord and offer up an acceptable sacrifice unto the Lord Most High. Then the Lord smelled the “soothing aroma” that Noah offered up after the flood, and He said to Himself, “I will never again curse the ground…”

This is so important to grasp. The very last thing that God breathed in became the next thing that God exhaled.

God breathed in an acceptable sacrifice, and then He breathed out an extravagant blessing! Mercy! Because what goes up comes back down! Oh, do you see it? Do you get it? Are you receiving this amazing insight?

You are about to have God exhale a blessing upon your life. Why? Because you have been sowing and sowing and sowing. And there yet remains seed time and harvest. So hang in there. Galatians 6:9 (NIV), “Let us not become weary in doing good for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” Yes, I have a word for you! I have a word of exhortation for you!

Your harvest is right upon you. It’s harvest time for your life.

I pray that the Holy Spirit strengthens you to keep your hand on that plow and not look back. The best has not past you by. Hope is standing right in front of you. Because there yet remains seed time and harvest. It’s harvest time for your life in Jesus’ name, Amen and Amen!

2. When Boldness Confronts Political Correctness—“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but power and of love and of a sound mind” (2 Tim. 1:7).

I was given a dramatic dream that led to an open vision that was highly significant concerning the times in which we live. I was standing on the platform of Ambassador Auditorium in Pasadena, California, and I was holding an ancient scroll like a prophet of old, with the sense of holiness all around me. As I unrolled the parchment, ink appeared and it read, “God has not given us a spirit of fear” (2 Tim. 1:7). I read it out loud as unusual authority was all over me.

Suddenly, Che Ahn, the founding apostle of HIM, was standing on my right side, and Cindy Jacobs, founder of Generals International, was standing at my left side. The three of us were now in agreement as apostles and prophets together, and we released together the spirit of boldness upon the body of Christ to confront the spirit of passivity and intimidation that had been permeating greater society.

I woke up out of this dream encounter and my bedroom was filled with “divine knowledge.” I now knew things I did not previously know. I knew that the Greek word used in that Scripture for fear was not the normal word, “phero,” but another word. I just knew this. I knew there was more to this Scripture than what I had ever been taught. I knew it was important to grasp this message and that it was imperative that we walk in humility and yet boldness. God wants to expose and confront the false narrative of “political correctness” within the church and then we will have actualized authority to deal with it in the nation.

I learned that the Greek word used in 2 Timothy 1:7 is “adleio,” which can be translated coward or cowardice. This word is only used twice in the entire New Testament. So the Holy Spirit is pointing out a place where we have had common ground with the power of darkness and calling us into repentance. He wants to clothe us with the opposite of the Spirit of boldness, as Jesus is from the Lion of the Tribe of Judah. Amen and Amen!

Sounds like Jesus is not yet finished turning over a few tables!

3. Greater Works Generation—A requirement to move into the greater works of Jesus, we need a convergence between the two very necessary, complementary aspects of the kingdom of God—the Word of God and the Spirit of God. We need to return to the Acts 13 model in which the School of the Word and the School of the Spirit cooperate. (See Acts 13:1–2.)

No more competition! But rather, divine cooperation!

By combining our gifts in the grace of God, we can step into the greater works generation with those who have taken to heart Jesus’ words in John 14:12 (NLT): “I tell you the truth, anyone who believes in me will do the same works I have done, and even greater works, because I am going to be with the Father.”

By working together in divine orchestration, God’s power can flow freely and revive the dry places on the face of the earth. Therefore, let’s drink deeply for ourselves and then turn around and release His refreshing river with great intentionally upon others.

“Ho! Everyone who thirsts, come to the waters; and you who have no money come, buy and eat. Come, buy wine and milk without money and without price…. And the Lord will continually guide you, and satisfy your desire in scorched places, and give strength to your bones; and you will be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water whose waters do not fail” (Isaiah 55:1, NKJV; 58:11, NASB).

This is a critical and pivotal time where we must see the river of God’s presence not only flowing into the temple of God, but equally flowing out! This is a part of the new ways for the new era.

It’s a time to go APE. We will now add the “BIG E.” We have emphasized the apostolic and the prophetic over the last two decades. Now we will see a new era of the evangelist emerge once again. This is the primary missing ingredient for the release of the greater works generation. But the time is now!

4. When the Power of Gratitude Opens the Way Forward—“Were there not any found who returned to give glory to God except this foreigner” (Luke 17:18, NKJV).

Are you aware of this powerful lesson on gratitude, as recorded in Luke 17:12-19? There were ten desperate lepers, and they were each cleansed of this dreadful disease by the Messiah, the Lord Jesus Christ. But surprisingly, only one of these former lepers returned to give glory to God and express gratitude with thanksgiving.

According to Psalm 100, we enter His gates with thanksgiving and into His courts with praise. Did you know there is power in gratitude? The one leper was not only cleansed, but was he was made whole. How? By returning and giving thanks for the partial healing he had already received.

Let’s be among those who touch the heart of God by being grateful for the partial, for the little bit. Don’t be a grumbler and complainer. Be grateful for the completed work of the cross of Jesus Christ in your life. You will move forward from the partial into fullness through the power of gratitude!

Let’s give glory to God by being grateful!

5. When You Have Done All—You Take a Stand!—“Therefore take up the full armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand” (Eph. 6:13, NKJV).

There are defining moments in individual lives, the lives of families, generations and entire societies. We are at such a crossroads. You may feel like you have prayed every prayer, fasted, taken up the shield of faith, made declarations and been properly aligned. You may have gone through your checklist once, then twice and even a third time. Every box is checked.

I have been there as well! I have fought through a recent infestation of mold in my house, followed by a horrible battle with COVID in my personal life. This has been a critical moment in time for me when some would “toss in the towel” and give up!

But now what? Where do we go from here? And when you have done all, “Take a stand!”

We must learn that we do not buckle under, and we do not flinch. Take up your shield of faith and stand firm. Plant your feet in the Word of God and don’t budge.

Believe me, there are forces that are at work attempting to push you down and topple you over. I have learned that victory is defined different ways in different seasons.

In a recent dream, it stated to me this way, “So when you take a stand and stand tall!” You can stand slumped over. No! Stand tall! You will gain new strength as you take your stand with your shield of faith. You will hear new marching orders to walk forward arm in arm with the other comrades who have weathered the storm.

Yes, the Global Storm Prayer is rising once again. The storm chasers are here! “And when you have done all, take a firm stand!”

Prayer of Thanksgiving and Declarations for 2022!

Thank you Father for all You have done in 2021. You have provided for me and cared for me. You are indeed attentive to every detail of my life. Even though I may have suffered loss, You are faithful and all You do is good! As I turn the corner into 2022, I thank You for all You are going to do and declare the following truths: 1. It is harvest time for my life. 2. I receive boldness (in place of cowardice) to confront political correctness as the Holy Spirit directs in my life. 3. I will be part of the greater works generation walking in both the Word and Spirit of God, embracing evangelism. 4. I will embrace a lifestyle of gratitude to You in all things! 5. I will take up the armor of God and stand tall in 2022! Thank you for these prophetic words for 2022 and help me to embody them in my life this year. {eoa}
