Lakewood Church’s pastor, Joel Osteen, is launching a new media venture.
As Variety reported, Osteen is partnering with Roku to create a streaming channel (FAST), completely ad-free.
“I am excited to see our content become part of The Roku Channel’s exceptional free streaming offer,” a statement by Osteen said.

The media launch occurred last Wednesday with the network known as The Joel Osteen Network.
“This collaboration opens up terrific avenues to reach even more individuals in search of hope and inspiration,” the statement continued. “The Roku Channel has proven it is a pioneer in television technology and I am looking forward to seeing the results of this fantastic opportunity.”
This new streaming service is just one of a few other major milestones that Osteen has celebrated this year. Earlier in the year, Osteen celebrated his 1,000th sermon since taking over at Lakewood Church, along with the finished payment of the $100 million loan that the church has been working on for two decades.
“I believe in 2024 you’ll see God release you from some things that have held you back. Release you from debt, release you from addiction, relationship, from wrong mindsets,” Osteen said.
These feats also come right as darkness tried to take over the church when a shooter came into Lakewood Church, causing complete havoc.
