Dave Kubal, CEO of Intercessors for America, wants people to understand the need for us to discern in this moment in time. Through a look at rising positive test results and what that means for the future of our nation, he offers a new perspective on COVID-19 in this episode of his podcast, Headline Prayer on the Charisma Podcast Network.
Kubal says, “We have got to be discerning, my fellow Christians, my fellow intercessors. And be praying through these times, because we are watching the government move into areas of control in our lives, in the churches’ lives, in ways we’ve never seen in the United States.
“What the government is doing in order to restrict the church … is a potential door that has opened for very negative results in the future.” Kubal continues with a call for action and for prayer to rise up, “We cannot operate in fear. We’ve got to pray for leaders that they might make the right decisions.”
He concludes with a plea to our heavenly Father, “Lord, I pray that that truth would be known. Lord, I pray that it would affect people’s hearts and minds. And especially Lord, I pray that your church would lead the way in this.”
